Good rate for the weekend. Elevators weren’t working when we first arrived but they sent an attendant later to escort hotel guests up the service elevator. Room could have been cleaner and there are some maintenance issues (knob to sink detached) but good place to stay for an affordable, non-romantic weekend.

I love how close it was to Freemont and even though it's loud below at the casino and the freemont area it's quiet on top. Loved the staff. They even provided complimentary drinks for $34 on my room which was really sweet

I wish the shower had a door on it. All the water flooded out onto the floor and I had to use towels to dry it up, which I only received two towels. I had a king room and I was only given two pillows overall it’s a good hotel.

The valet did not offer parking for my truck, so I had to use the self parking. The parking was full so I had to park on the fourth floor, and the elevators do not work so we had to drag our stuff down to the hotel. The beds were terrible, I checked out a day early because I wasn't getting any rest from the noise and the beds were hard and need to be replaced. They did not have enough blankets, and the food was not good. We tried to eat at the only restaurant they had open, and there was only one cook on the line so we had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before we could even order anything to take to our rooms. We could not sit down and eat because that part was closed. The lady at the hotel front desk was nice, but the other one was very snotty and rude to my friend. I will be calling Expedia to get a refund for the last night I did not stay. I did check out by 11:00. The whole thing was very inconvenience. Also I went to use my VIP credits that I had for both rooms that I paid for. But I could not use them because that system was down. Very very unsatisfied. Came home just to get some rest. There was so much noise coming in through the windows that I could not sleep. I did rent two rooms, and they had the same issue. My best friend had his own room and he had also the same issue, he also checked out a day early so we could go get another place to stay and get some rest. Very unsatisfied

The hotel was nice and clean. It was an easy walk to Fremont Street which was great. A couple negatives were the extra charge for a refrigerator per day and the water for the shower was not hot. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

I was happily upgraded to the grand tower. I didn’t know at the time but when the electricity was out on my last nights stay, I was transferred to the casino tower. Major downgrade to a previously wonderful trip. Was pretty bad. Charging ports did not work. Had to charge everything at the airport. I won’t stay here again.
