Much to like - clean; easy and free parking; convenient ride share pickup; the security at the elevator. We were a little frustrated that early check-in would cost $25 (we passed and held our luggage) and room service wanted to charge $10 to bring us two wine glasses (really??). Other than that, all was fine.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. The lobby however, got a strong smell of cigarette from the adjacent casino, which made it unpleasant for someone who is sensitive to cigarette smoke. We paid the upcharge for a room with city view, but all we got was the view of the highway traffic behind the hotel. According to the staff, any view out from higher floors was considered "city view", even if it was the view of the highway. They did switch us to a room with proper view of the city after we complained, but it would've been nicer if we didn't have to go through the hassle.

My son was not allowed to check in to this hotel because he is 20 years old not 21. This resulted in so much inconvenience I can’t even believe it. He spent all night trying to get home with more challenges at every turn. This hotel rejecting his check in actually put him in a very dangerous situation.
