"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"Our first stay in Annecy! Wow! We couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel. We had a balcony over looking the stunning lake. Staff were on hand 24/7. Rooms are impeccable and the hotel positioned in a great spot. Lovely 20 mins walk around the lake to Annecy night life. Would one day like to return in the summer..THANK YOU 🙌🎄"

"Walkable distance from train station. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late and the instructions to get our card key were very clear and had no problem. "
