"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. "We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."
