"Great experience. The hotel was in an authentic Boston location near the subway and copley square. the lobby was inviting and sold good coffee. The front staff were helpful, kind and answered all of my annoying questions. I had to cut short my trip and the hotel has a policy to refund you if you let them know ASAP. Thanks Kim.
