"It was distressing to look out of our room window and look down at the ramshackle tin roofs of a slum and see the inhabitants go about their daily lives right next to our 5 star hotel. This poor community clearly needs help. The wealthy 5 star hotels could surely pool their resources to construct a safe building and clear the unsafe precarious buildings. "

"Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the food (breakfast buffet). When I pointed out the cockroaches, their GM had the audacity to say "Dont worry they wont bite. Dont be scared""

"This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. "

"Highly disappointed with our 2 night stay. It is close to the airport but price I pay was not worth for this service apartment. Room was small. No towels at Arrival. Ask the hotel staff for towels and toilet papers. Never show up till night because their laundry never arrived. I had to take toilet paper from next room. Next morning asked for iron but couldn't get because some other guest was using it. Wanted to talk to the manager but he arrives late so cannot get hold of him. Will not recommend...
