The property is really nice from inside, the exterior is alright. The staff was good, they had decorated the room with balloons and had provided us a cake for our anniversary. The hotel is so close to the Jio world that it’s wonderful- very accessible. The line for breakfast was sooooooo long, at least 50 people before us. A staff offered us to go to the club lounge for breakfast, we said ok. We were so disappointed to learn that they had no buffet and a fixed breakfast vs the huge breakfast spread downstairs. We complained that we felt cheated and weren’t informed about the same. We were then sent downstairs for the buffet breakfast. That was the only disappointment at the hotel.

All staff members were very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best l have had with extensive choices and excellent quality. The only negative experience was the bathroom shower door as water leaked out from underneath and the floors became wet and slippery.
