Worst experience in a Hotel I ever had in my life. Rooms were so dirty and smelling so bad. My first night, the toilet sink got blocked. The next morning, they move us to another room which was smelling so bad. Badder than the first room. It seemed like someone pissed everywhere in the washrooms and bed. I woke up with red rashes on my back. Our reservation was for 3 nights but we check-out after the 2nd night. We asked for a refund and they said we would get in 24 hours but never got it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was distressing to look out of our room window and look down at the ramshackle tin roofs of a slum and see the inhabitants go about their daily lives right next to our 5 star hotel. This poor community clearly needs help. The wealthy 5 star hotels could surely pool their resources to construct a safe building and clear the unsafe precarious buildings.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and provided good value for money. The food is lovely and the staff are friendly and professional. My only criticism is about the music in all public areas. I found the ‘piped’ music repetitive and irritating.
