"The property is located in a good location. No issues finding cabs or restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and spacious and the service is good. Slightly costly (6k/night) but i gues all in all justified by the above positives. No negatives per se. Will stay again."

"Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though."

"Arriving in BOM required 1hr to pass immigration - that’s why shuttle is good to have. Shuttle at payment, OK, you need to get to the hotel. Shuttle confirmed - but no shuttle to pick up. Requested by email when where and how to recognise the shuttle, three times - never got a an answer, other than shuttle at payment - after third request to ensure a defined meeting point - the reply was “noted and confirmed”. Front desk manager handled situation well next day. In hotel dining is good."

"The reception area is very impressive. Checking in was okay but they tried to extract payment even though I had paid before the trip to Hotels.com. From reading other reviews it would appear that several rooms have been refurbished, ours hadn’t. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the bathroom shutters did not fully close. The room itself was generally clean and the beds comfortable. I could not understand why we weren’t allowed two card keys for the room or any reason why not. The...
