"The host was very responsive to all my questions, before & during the say. The location & internet service were great! I did not like that the room was not clean when I arrived and was still not clean when I checked in, or the next day despite a promise that thorough cleaning would be done. "The airport shuttle did not show up to the airport so we had to hire a taxi. This was quite frustrating as I had inquired more than 24 hours regarding the free shutte service as requested. The front desk staff did refund us for the taxi fee but be aware that the shuttle is not logoed. Be sure to communicate with the Country Inn as to how to catch the free airport shuttle ahead of time to prevent a lengthy wait for nothing."
