"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"I travel to London monthly from the US for work. Now it was time to take the family to explore the city. I wanted something in Kensington near public transportation. This was about a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and maybe 8 minutes to the Notting Hill tube station. Grocery shops were about 8 minutes away too. We were all over the city and found this property suited us fine. We had a couple of maintenance issues (shower drain and lighting) that were quickly fixed. They did a great job...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "
