"It’s a pretty decent hotel, but there are some things that could be improved for example; having safes in the rooms as well as WiFi available in the room. WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. There’s no elevator so we have to carry our luggages upstairs, in my case on the third floor and I was already super tired so having someone there to help with the luggages for tips would be nice. "Excellent place and the price is good. I saw other reviews complaining of the noise from the bar so we requested a room on the third floor. Turned out to be quiet with no complaints. We did notice other people complaining of the noise who were on the 2nd floor."

"Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "
