Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

Achei que o resort não deixou a desejar a nenhum hotel internacional de praia. Café da manhã farto e instalações novas. Só fiquei receosa com tantas recomendações quantos aos pets não poderem sequer circular no chão. Quando o hotel aceita pet, ele não pode fazê-lo de forma superficial e impedir que o animal pise o chão de qualquer área. Entretanto, percebi que a recomendação da chegada não era exigida de forma rígida e que os animais podiam circular na coleira e tocar o chão ao lado dos tutores, o que nos deixou menos incomodados. Quanto ao resto, nota 10.

A estrutura do resort é excelente e de qualidade, no entanto o serviço no restaurante e no parque aquático, principalmente as comidas e bebidas são caras e ruins. O café da manhã é ok. A animação deixa muito a desejar também.

Dessa vez a hospedagem no Aqualand me surpreendeu. Desde mensageiros a recepção pessoal bem treinado para atender bem e com qualidade. A recepcionista Ana Carolina nos recebeu super bem, super educada e gentil. Todos do hotel foram atenciosos, gentis e educados. O lugar é sempre limpo, impecável, o parque é incrível! O atendimento do hotel melhorou muito da última vez que me hospedei em maio. Só uma observação eu colocaria.. na área da piscina a música é muito alta. Você não pode trabalhar ou falar no telefone. Dava para ser mais baixa e mesmo assim chegaria a toda área da piscina sem incomodar. Foi a única coisa que achei ruim. A única mesmo! O resto está total de parabéns e já já estarei de volta.

Foi uma ótima experiência a estadia no Aqualand. A estrutura é ótima, os quartos amplos e bem ventilados, com roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. Acredito que o único item a melhorar seria a culinaria. O café da manhã, que não parecia muito fresco, mesmo sendo alta temporada. Pedimos camarão empanado e além de muito cozidos tinham aspecto de comida congelada. Os drinks servidos eram bons.

Local super agradável, confortável e com estrutura de qualidade. O que falta melhorar é o atendimento referente a restaurante e bar, atendentes dispersos sem muito cuidado com o atendimento e olha que o hotel não estava lotado. Atendimento na recepção foi perfeito! No momento da reserva não é informado que você tem que pagar uma taxa de R$250,00 para você levar seu pet, só é informado e cobrado na chegada ao hotel, o que nos pegou de surpresa!
