Staff was friendly..I got very early at the hotel due to my flight and asked for early checkin. I didnt know that it was gonna cost me USD100. But I was with my child. If I knew I would have booked an additonal night before. Other then that, very good accomodation.Breakfast was amazing! Good varity and spacious rooms. I would for sure stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone! Good hotel, very happy! 🤗

Not a spot to walk around in at night. But there are Ubers. Regular good things, hot water, clean, little pool, people were attentive. Internet in the lobby was slow- in the room was ok- but not fast.

My experience was mixed. While the location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions, the accommodations left much to be desired. The room had an unpleasant smell of mugginess, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was outdated, with an old shower and a dingy, rusty bathtub that detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the lounge area featured sofas that were also old and had an unpleasant odor. On a positive note, the breakfast served was great, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and common areas need significant improvement.

Apesar de ser um Hotel bem antigo, as camas são ótimas, assim como toda a roupa de cama, de primeira linha. A limpeza é impecável , realmente só precisa de uma renovação , e vi que alguns quartos já estão sofrendo reforma. Amei os amenities dos quartos, tudo da Natura. O café da manhã é bem farto, porém sou celíaca, gostaria que tivesse mais opções, tipo mais raizes, bolos até mesmo pães. Apesar de costumar ir somente para hotéis novos e caros, com certeza voltaria na Princesa louçã

Hotel central de fácil acesso.
O hotel é antigo, com tendencia a formar mofo no banheiro, mas estava muito bem cuidado e sem mofo. O blackout não fica no lugar e deixa escapar a luz do sol pelas laterais e isso atrapalha o sono de pessoas mais sensíveis a luz. O sabonete, shampoo e condicionador são bons. O café da manhã é variado, com muitas frutas,pães e frios. A localização foi boa e nos permitiu andar para vários pontos turísticos.
