"Close to the beach, but didn't feel very safe at night. We liked the hotel though. The room we got had a seaview and was clean. Some smell in the lobby, near the stairs, like mold or bad ventilation. We chose the hotel based on the location primarily. Close to the beach and the airport, which was good, as we stayed only for 1 night before continuing our journey from the airport. Wifi had good signal but was so slow that I decided to use my own from my cell phone."

Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos."

Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long. They didn’t have black pepper anywhere in the dining area. The fruit was...

"I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there."
