"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."

"We booked a large, one bedroom apartment for a combination business trip and family get away. Great location, really friendly staff, small kitchen but absolutely useable. The washing machine in unit is beyond tiny but still very useful. "

"Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again.
