"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."

"Hotel is located close to Central Station and within easy access of the underground network. Staff were fantastic and very helpful as a first time visitor to Hamburg. Would definitely stay here again "

"The hotel is beautiful and I was lucky to get a room right on the canal with a great view. The rooms were well decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant - there are so many Italian restaurants in that area and this one is supposed to be essentially a new spin on classics but the best part about my meal was the bread - and that's because bread is always good."
