"This is a superb hotel situated in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. We used the S Bahn to get out to the Olympic Stadium and Airport but other than that we walked everywhere. The hotel is beautifully presented (we loved the Prussian Blue theme!) and our fifth floor room had a lovely balcony and one of the best hotel showers we've ever come across! The staff were extrmemely helpful and polite. "

"This property was amazing! It’s a hidden gem. The little things they do are top notch. They had 2 duvets on the bed so each had your own. They had face clothes. The room was totally decorated and spotless. The cleaned daily. The had homemade cookies at the reception desk that were so good. We dropped out bags early and they moved our bags to our room. "Lovely stay in a Superior room, our son and daughter-in-law stayed in a basic room which did look a bit small for the money. The hotel had a good breakfast, you could order from the menu and not pay the expensive all-in option. They had lovely cards with ideas of unusual things to do in Berlin. One issue was that the safe got stuck, wouldn't recognise the code, with our passports in it but the night receptionist sorted it out for us after about half an hour and got it open. So good service."
