"Good. Well appointed hotel, excellent and attentive staff. Food selection in LeBar is very limited if staying for more than a couple of nights (I was staying 5). Breakfast is good but expensive. Air con in rooms is very dry air - but not much can do about that when very cold outside! Please leave more coffee pods in rooms and put more than just a carton of water in the fridge! Excellent staff and location though. Would stay again! "

The second time we dined, we didn’t see a server for almost 10min. All that being said, the food and atmosphere made up for service issues. It’s a great hotel with awesome amenities. Enjoyed the spa, gym, and close proximity to the city for dining."

"I was so happy when I arrived, great location, very clean and the ease and security was wonderful! Unfortunately during my stay the water heater died. One night I didn’t have hot water and the next morning I say them carrying the water heater out of the building. This was definitely distressing seeing as I was on a work trip. Despite the inconvenience I had a great stay and 747 lofts did make it right for me. "
