"Charming place. Authentic European experience. No frills (no coffee machine or shampoo, etc) but good clean room in a classic old building 😁 don’t think there was AC; it got a bit warm but was ok. Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. It’s on a one-way street and took me awhile to find it. It’s tucked in a residential street.. very close to...

I took a star off because we arrived two hours before official check in and had to wait. It seems unlikely in a hotel this size that there wasn’t at least one room ready at 1:00 in the afternoon. We stopped in 7 other cities, always before official check in and this was the only property where we had to wait until official check in time."
