"This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and rooms are gorgeous and it is in a very easy area to walk many places. The bell staff even worked extra hard to repair my suitcase handle (which they did!) which was extra appreciated. Top rate staff and hotel all around. "

"We have just recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities however the jacuzzi pool did damage two of the girls bathing suits buy dying them in colour, I presume this is due to a high content of chemicals so maybe don’t wear your best costume. "Property was very unique for a downtown hotel, with a garden area and 3 different buildings. Service was excellent and the location was very convenient. Our only issue was the bed was very firm, but we recognize that some people prefer that. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value. "
