"The hotel is very nice, but it should not be categorized as a 5 star hotel. Aside from the great location, there isn’t much about the hotel that feels like you’re getting a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly at check in, but don’t acknowledge you anytime afterwards. The breakfast is completely self serve with very minimal service from any one. We didn’t have the breakfast included in our stay, so for 20€ per person, I’d expect a bit more than self serve coffee machines and minimal food...

"The Editory Aliados is a beautiful hotel. We loved the staff that functioned as both reception and concierge. The breakfast was very nice, although some variety from day to day would have nice. The bar was small and intimate. The location was perfect with lots of dining and things to do within a few minutes walk. A metro stop was just a few feet from the front door. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Outstanding bathrooms!"
