"Apartment was lovely looking but many things were broken or not working well, including one of the showers leaking. The ceiling in living room shows leak evidence. Kitchen sponge had clearly been nibble by mice. We weren’t allowed to check in early indicating someone had stayed night before. Cleaners should have noticed sponge.
