Attention to detail and etiquette of the staff were of the highest standard. The hotel itself was absolutely superb, and the room was finished to a high standard and not tired like you see with other hotels. Anyone visiting Porto should come and stay here for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with. Location was great . Very walkable to most of the areas we wanted to see

Great hotel! Well located, very friendly staff, very clean! Indeed a 5* Hotel. The only downside i can say is that as a cigar smoker you have to smoke outside.. however the days i stayed there the outside area was closed.

A true 5 star experience, congrats to staff!
We had a superb stay here, it s truly a 5 star hotel and we enjoyed the luxury of the room, the spa (sad that sauna was not working) and the bar. Not all 5 star hotels are truly 5 stars....this one is! Congratulations to the staff and the person who is in charge.

our suite has 2 sinks and the one on the left side the hot water faucet was not functional. For that level of hotel in my opinion it is not acceptable. Besides that, it is definitely a hotel to visit again. Great staff
