The staff here is superb. Strong attention to detail. Facilities are very well kept. Restaurant is grea. This location is not in the main part of Porto, but is an easy walk down to the river atea and Sao Bento train station. Not even a 10 minute walk

Very lovely hotel with a great staff. Probably had the best shower we’ve had in Portugal so far! We were able to walk everywhere. We very much enjoyed the roof top bar and the friendly bartenders. The food was good as well. Especially the mushroom risotto!

Convenient location on a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bottled water daily. TV was not really working and the shower drain got clogged. They fixed the shower pretty quickly. Overall affordable and would recommend to others

Hotel: Very disappointed with the pool area - very small and could not relax anytime near the pool. Expedia: hotel cost for 2 nights was high with Expedia - will probably revert back to using Booking app as they update customers and can use the cancel option if customer finds a better price. It was a rather obscure hotel on a side street. The room overlooked an interior yard so all you could see were other people's windows. There was a roof terrace with a bar and a small swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy in early June to enjoy it. I was badly bitten overnight and the staff promptly moved us to a different room. In general, the staff was very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. The distance to downtown was walkable, since the street ran parallel to the main avenue. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.
