The staff was friendly and helpful, you can tell they are trying. The room was about what you would expect for $50 a night. Some small upgrades would go a long way. Overall it was fine if you have low expectations and just need a bed

We made our reservation online and when we got there they said they overbooked and tried to change our reservation. Bed was comfortable but the room had a terrible odor and was filthy. The pictures on the website are deceiving as well. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures.

This place is showing wear and tear. But it is clean. Breakfast sucks! Nothing is there except some cereal and milk, few slices of bread for toast, luke warm coffee, no sugar, no sweetener, just a nothing breakfast. Still had to go out and get something to eat. Not happy with breakfast.

The parking lot was constantly full of suspicious people walking around, talking loudly, yelling and it seemed to me basically a place to buy and sell drugs. I left in the middle of the night since I didn't feel very safe there.

Drug addicts everywhere. Woke up to cockroaches in my motorcycle helmet. Maintenance man walked in on me without knocking as I was getting dressed. And still have not recieved my deposit back. Overall horrible experience. The only good thing is the front desk guy was nice and friendly

There was rat poison everywhere, mold on the ceilings, our pillow cases, our bed sheets, there were 6 spiders behind the bed. We had to pull our beds out from the wall kill the spiders. The air was barely cooling so I went to check the vent and the dust was at least an inch thick you can tell these rooms do not get deep cleaned we couldn't even shower the bath tub had so much scum built up in it and was per disgusting. I had booked the room for 5 nights let say I checked out the very next morning. I also asked the owner who cleans his rooms for him and he stated a few guys up stairs for exchange for a free room. I was like wow.

While this property was offered at a great price, this was a case of you get what you pay for. We got two rooms. Between these two rooms: both sitting chairs had shredded fabric, the writing table were spray painted with odd markings on them, multiple light switches and lamps didn't work, poor water pressure, no sink stopper, one TV had cord unplugged and even after hotel staff came, you had to turn on the TV manually and then use remote, there was some weird narrated TV action that couldn't be removed (and we are pretty tech savvy) with remote given, etc. All kinda small things, but they add up. Also there was 2 cereals, white bread for toast with community butter (which doesn't seem sanitary to me), nothing hot except coffee.

The sink and toilet were loose. There were bugs and roaches. The tv had a black line through it and didn’t work properly. The furniture was unstable. The room was definitely run down and in much need of repair. We didn’t get to check out their breakfast so can’t comment on that. The price was cheap and there weren’t any additional charges beside the deposit which was refunded. We only stayed 2 nights but next time we’re in the area will be booking elsewhere.
