"The property was in great condition, very clean and has a nice homely feeling! Our kids ended up sleeping in the same room so we did not use all the bedrooms but they were all really cozy. All the equipment worked great. We made good use of the beach gear that is available when renting the property.Instructions were clear and the check in and check out process seamless! The house is ideally located to visit the Outer Banks and there are lots of restaurants and grocery shops just minutes away. On...

"Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. "Property was simple and clean. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus and in excellent condition. Location was great as it's a short bike ride to Food Lion and several ice cream shops. Neighborhood is quiet. Only negative is they wouldn't let us check in before 4 pm even though was no one there the day prior. With us arriving to town around noon it would have been nice to be able to get to the house even 2 hours earlier in order for us to get settled in. Also wouldn't let us check out an hour later...
