"Hovey House was GREAT. My family had not had a vacation in years and this week was perfect. We caught fish, kids done the educational tour of the Wright's Brothers Memorial and enjoyed the local go-carts. Host was very involved and professional. Will stay there again."

"Everything was fantastic. The home was clean, there were enough plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. The deck and hot tub were wonderful and the distance to the beach couldn't be beat. It was fantastic to wake up to dolphins outside our door!"

"This was an excellent find for a relaxed, one week getaway to the OBX for me and my medium-sized dog. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the sound so we had wonderful sunset walks along a multi-use path. It was very convenient to go to Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Woods, or the Wright Brothers Memorial for a few hours of adventure with the dog and then come back for a little downtime at the beach. "The house was great. Perfect location. We did so much OBX had to offer. The dunes, the beach, the lighthouse, restaurants, putt putt, golf, we played board games and used the hot tub, chairs, surfboards and sand toys that were at the property Everything was exceptional! The only thing i would recommend is supplying bath towels, trashbags, toilet paper and extra dish detergent. We had to go get these items after we arrived there. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go back to this house...

"Amazing house! Been coming to OBX for 5yrs now and each house we’ve rented was nice but never lived up to its photos online. THIS HOUSE, however, goes above and beyond what you see online. Photos don’t do it justice. We had 16 people in our group and 1 dog. Plently of room in the home for everyone to be comfy. Never an overcrowded feeling. Excellent views of the ocean and pier. "This cottage was made for us - beaches, horses, and people! My basset hound and I loved it. Close to the beach in a quiet part of Nags Head. Great size for one or two people. Easy to access and very clean. We will definitely be back!"

"The property was clean and in good repair. The hot tub and pool maintenance tech was on site cleaning when we got there and was very nice. All the beds were made and towels provided. We loved the balconies and how close the property was to the beach but also shops"

"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...
