"I made a trip to Chesapeake with my Mom and her little dog. This house was a great place for us to stay! We enjoyed using the large screened porch, and the dog loved the huge back yard. This is an older house, but it has had some updates and was very comfortable. We loved the retro kitchen with the blue countertops and matching blue appliances! "The stay was awful. The house was dirty and there were bugs and other things crawling in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. I have pictures. I did not expect for the home to be that dirty. Furniture was broken. My son even hurt himself on the stairs. I would never return to this property."

"The property is spacious and was able to handle my family of 13 with ease. Short distance to the beach. Had everything we needed. A few minor problems but the management handled them immediately. Would definitely return to the Crabby Mermaid!"
