"Winter stay; room was fine and a non-working lamp was promptly attended to. Turtle lamp a big hit. Desk staff very helpful and friendly; my dropped housekey was turned in and held for me. Breakfast was adequate but not great. "

"Loved this property in the heart of Manteo!! We spent a lot of time walking which is exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Very charming and when it rained the breezeway was a cozy alternative to umbrellas! We enjoyed this place very much, highly recommend!!"

"Our stay was lovely. The Inn is beautiful and very clean. The Innkeepers were very nice and took care of everything so our stay was comfortable. The town of Manteo was so much fun to explore."

Ocean Breeze at Colony by the Sea. A GREAT place to relax and enjoy life!

"While not right on the water the balcony has a nice view of the water. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and restaurants."

"This has been our third year bringing our wrestling team from Northern Virginia for a wrestling tournament. Staff had always been very friendly and accommodating. Our team enjoys staying at this hotel and will plan to continue to come back each year! One minor thing with one room. It seemed like there was something repainted so there was a strong paint smell when first entering in one of the room. Overall great experience!"

"Renovations going on when i was there so do understand some things not up to par. Hope they do something with showers as water pressure was awful and during shower setting went to scalding a without notice. Ice machine was not easilyaccessible. Otherwise stay was as anticipated "
