"The staff at this motel are to be treasured! They go out of their way to greet you, make you welcome, helping in anyway that they can! They were outstanding! I think they were a bit, overwhelmed at being full for this special event in Alamosa. They didn’t have nearly enough people to cover all the rooms and service them as is usual."

"Has all the amenities. Disappointed that not every night they had fresh baked cookies. The night time lady stated they didn’t have dish soap I can use to was a few containers. I was there for my labs for school. The morning crew allowed me to wash them. It was 2-3 containers after my stay"

"Pretty good if you don't mind the vinyl flooring and a little wear and tear on the facilities, as you'd expect at this price point. Everything was clean and functional. My only complaint is that the in-room HVAC system was louder than usual and woke me up a few times during the night. It wasn't bad enough to keep me from recommending the hotel, though. I'd stay here again."

"We were originally booked into the neighboring Holiday Inn Express, but their pool was under repair and they allowed us to cancel our prepaid reservation. Hampton Inn had a room at a decent rate and the pool and hot tub were available. Room was large, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, and quiet. The breakfast was the standard eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Very nice overall and would stay there again."

"Hotel was decent, but they did not have it reservation and blamed Expedia? They did put us in a room, but did nothing for the inconvenience. "

"Ryan did a great job of getting us checked in! Just remember the staff leaves the desk at 1000pm and then you can check in with the kiosk. Anything else can be coordinated ahead of time "
