I had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was really good, and I enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and provided great assistance throughout my stay. The kiosk services were also satisfactory and contributed to a smooth experience. It was a quiet and enjoyable visit, and I’m happy with my experience.

Really nice person at the front desk at check-in! Room hadn't been vacuumed well as there were several rocks and dirt on the carpet - bathroom floor was a little dirty w other people's hair and a plastic clothes pin. Shower had excellent pressure though, and beds we're comfortable. I'd def stay here again

The front desk person was kind enough to pack us breakfast as we had plans to leave prior to breakfast being served the next morning. It was very thoughtful. The only negative was that we happened to be in a room with a shared door and the inhabitants of that room had on a TV loud enough that we could hear every word. I wish the soundproofing between those rooms was better. I also would prefer not to ever have a room with a shared door.

It was ok but...
The staff was great. The breakfast was ok, the room was clean except hair & dirt in bathroom. The bathroom floor was cracked & looked moldy in areas. Toilet had black fuzz, kleenex holder had 2 DIFFERENT colors of tissues meaning combination of 2 partially used boxes. We brought swim suits but both indoor pool & hot tub were out of service, coke machine was out of service & pillows were uncomfortable. Our "view" was of the parking lot & highway.

Most Couce hotels if you cancel by 6 PM on the day of check-in you’re good to go. Not this one, must be 24 hrs in advance. Very disappointing!!!

A decent passing-through hotel. No automatic enterance door. No elevator at a two story accomodation. A previous quest used the curtain to clean their nose. Gross.
