"We were very comfortable and appreciated the cleanliness of our room. It was convenient to get to Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge to see the Sandhill Cranes and to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The breakfast buffet was above average. Highly recommend and will stay here again when I visit this area."

"While this is an older facility, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and lastly it is a park at the door motel. No long hallways. The facility is very near the Cumbres & Toltec Railway station and it is convenient to restaurants in Antonito. Nice owners. "

"The property was very spacious and open for our group. The bedrooms were spread out, no issue though. This allowed the teens to gather together as well as the adults. Big kitchen area with separate dining helped feed everyone quickly. A couple of minor issues did occur, which were addressed via Tom & Kathy promptly. Very clean and comfortable overall, and a nice place to stay. "
