"Really nice townhouse. 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and then one other for general use. Nice little patio, full living room/dining and kitchen. It's in a great location for North Eastern parents visiting their student/kids. (aka Mills College) Maybe a 12 minute ride to campus...15 tops. Easy to get there. The home is a good value as well."

"There were 8 of us who stayed here, 5 adults and 1 teen, and two pre teens. The house was very clean and cute. There was some bottled water and coffee provided by the host which was nice. The host was very communicative and check in and check out was easy. We arrived to town a few hours early and the host let us check in early which was much appreciated. "We were there for 2 nights and it was lovely. The neighborhood was well kept and it felt very safe. It was well equipped with all the basics that we needed. The owner was very receptive and responded in a timely manner. Thank you for sharing your home Danielle!"

"This was perfect for us (two couples) while we were visiting family for a long weekend. Very nice neighborhood a few minutes drive to restaurants, groceries, and other retail. The house is extremely well maintained and had everything we needed."

"Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has....

"We were grateful to have a safe and clean house where we could spend the holidays with nearby family.The house was clean, the hosts were super nice and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quaint and felt safe even at night. Our kids enjoyed the backyard and had some space to stretch out.One tip, if you like to cook, like we do, bring your own big pots and pans, sharp knives and a fold out dining table and chairs for family style meals. "This was a perfect spot for us. We were in town on business and the central location and spacious lodging was great. There was no issue with street parking and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen great for eating in. We would stay again. "

"Easy access to beach, dining and other shops. Plenty of parking. Easy access to event we were in town to attend. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. I asked for ground floor but had to climb stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator and I'm a senior with bad knees."
