Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. The service staff are extremely polite and professional, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor complaints we had...

"Booked for end of November 2019 for the Formula 1. Stayed 8 nights but had to visit reception 3 nights cause when the room had been cleaned they didn’t leave any fresh towels. Other than this it was ok."

"Stayed there for only night, but was very impressed with how professional, courteous and nice everyone in the hotel was. The two-room suite we had booked was excellent and had everything we needed. The location is convenient , and is close to many restaurants/shops. The lady from the gift shop also gave my little baby a balloon to play with, and it brought such joy to my little one. Everyone greets you with a smile. I would definitely stay here again."
