Security was high and we felt very safe. The beach and sports facilities were wonderful. "My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. The service staff are extremely polite and professional, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor complaints we had were that the shower had a glass half-wall entrance, so the water would go everywhere, and the hot water ran out quickly. Additionally, the air conditioning was a bit loud and ran constantly, so it was sometimes difficult to keep the room cool and quiet while trying to sleep. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay, with the private beach and pool area a really outstanding amenity."
