"The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. "

"Great hotel that is fairly central to most attractions in Abu Dhabi. The Cristal is a boutique hotel that offers relatively spacious rooms with modern amenities. Wifi was generally good, but upload speeds were a bit disappointing - I understand that upload speeds and internet access in general can be challenging in the UAE. Apart from that, the hotel was very good and provided great value for the price paid. Would recommend to others. "
