"Conveniently located, staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a credit to Ramada. The room I was in had seen better days, a bit shabby and had several maintenance issues (toilet seat loose/broken, toilet flush stuck on, bedside lamp not working etc) all were relatively trivial so not worth the effort of reporting to staff, who I have no doubt would’ve taken care of them, but could have been better. Overall a decent budget hotel well located with extremely friendly staff."

"This was the third hotel in Abu Dhabi for me over the past few months and easily the best of the three. As someone who usually takes the bus into town, the location across from the central bus terminal is very convenient. The front desk clerk (Shazia?) is one of those people who genuinely looks like she enjoys her job and she had me checked in super fast despite a bit of confusion with my booking. The room was a decent size with a great view of the city. The bed was a bit hard for my liking...

"This was our second time at the St Regis and my goodness it was even better. The food was exceptional from the breakfast and evening buffet. The Italian, Catch and Azura, with Azura being our children’s favourite. The food was incredible and certainly has the wow factor especially in Catch. The staff are so very friendly and really do go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special thanks go to Viola for always being so welcoming at breakfast time remembering our order every day. Bhaskar for looking after us at the beach, he was amazing and really made our holiday so special. Victor for also looking after us and being so welcoming. Raj who remembered us from 2 years ago also helped to make our stay even better. In our 22 year olds words “this is the best hotel ever, I don’t want to leave”. The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious. We cannot wait to return thank you to you all."
