"My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. "The hotel is a little dated especially rooms and passage ways to rooms. But communal areas are great. Biggest highlight is the staff. They are amazing - every single one of them. Can’t do more for you. Food choices are fantastic. We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast was outstanding - everything on offer and a highlight was the smoothy station. There are restaurants on site. "Stayed there for only night, but was very impressed with how professional, courteous and nice everyone in the hotel was. The two-room suite we had booked was excellent and had everything we needed. The location is convenient , and is close to many restaurants/shops. The lady from the gift shop also gave my little baby a balloon to play with, and it brought such joy to my little one. Everyone greets you with a smile. I would definitely stay here again."
