"I loved my stay at the Conrad. The observation deck is impressive with incredible views of Emirates Palace, Qasr Al Watan and other famous landmarks. But the best part were the people. The staff is welcoming and willing to help."

"My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. The service staff are extremely polite and professional, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor complaints we had were that the shower had a glass half-wall entrance, so the water would go everywhere, and the hot water ran out quickly. Additionally, the air conditioning was a bit loud and ran constantly, so it was sometimes difficult to keep the room cool and quiet while trying to sleep. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay, with the private beach and pool area a really outstanding amenity."

I was shopping for another property to stay at and found that it was available just at a higher cost. I would have paid the higher cost but I did not like being lied to about being unavailable. "

"I loved staying here. Very cute, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Carolina Cafe across street is 24/7 they have WONDERFUL JUICES AND COFFEE, DRINKS!! Plenty of food options as well. Would stay here again. 3 minute walk to Abu Dhabi mall which was so nice! I loved it!! "
