"The service at the Shangri’la is amazing. The staff gave us great service, from check in to check out, it was all great. The housekeeping staff really do go the extra mile, we found that the room was very clean, stocked, and if anything was needed even in the late hours- everybody is willing to help. A special thank you also to the wonderful doormen, who were always so kind and willing to help with luggage and taxi services. The room itself was great, we had a sea view room located on the 38th floor. The views were fabulous and it was very spacious. The room had plenty of storage and the housekeeping kept everything stocked throughout, even went the extra mile and popped in one evening to offer us some complimentary roses. The pillow menu is a great touch. Everybody is willing to help with anything regarding the room even in the late hours. The pool itself was great with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. The towels and sun beds are comfortable. The staff was very attentive and very cheerful. Sunday was quite busy with a short wait for a sunbed, but the rest of the stay was quiet and it was quick to get a sunbed even at 12pm. The gym area is clean, stocked with towels, infused water and fruit. Not particularly busy so we didn’t struggle to use any of it. Thank you for making our stay special. "

"Absolutely outstanding hotel. I booked to stay 2 nights with balcony overlooking the Burj Kalifa View. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the upmost welcome by Mohamed. He was very friendly and informative and gave us a stunning room. The staff were helpful taking your bags out the car and to your room. The facilities in the room are second to none. You have everything you could ever need and more. Room service is 24/7 and not bad priced. The restaurant and bar area is very beautiful and overlooks the Burj and waterfront. I cannot fault anything about our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was one of the most magical trips we have ever had and this is down to the facilities and wonderful staff. Highly recommend Radisson Blu to anyone staying in Dubai and wanting to be located quite central. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one <3 "

The reception team was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, the hotel's location near the main Mall in Dubai was a huge bonus—convenient for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"
