"Everything is perfect about this hôtel. May be the price is a bit too high. Location is perfect flr the airport or for an event. They have a supernice pool, so very few people use it because it is too cold at this time of the year (november). Heated pool would be great."

"I recently stayed at Mena House, a hotel known for its outstanding service, which is why I was surprised by a disappointing experience with one of the garage security staff members. The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. Additionally, after making me pay for parking, he handed me a piece of paper instead of an official receipt. Aside from this issue, I must say that the rest of the staff I interacted with inside the hotel were friendly, respectful, and attentive, meeting the high standards Mena House is known for.
