"Check in was efficient and fast--friendly. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. The rooms are nicely designed and set up very well-beds are comfortable. Bathroom spotless and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing (you never know what to expect). Our server was a real gentleman and very polite. Great experience all around. Well done."

"We stayed at Sheraton when we visited Universal Studios. It was a short walk to the park. Ask a staff member for the “short cut” and you will not have to walk up the whole hill. Room was clean and service was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. "
