"Hotel is great, though had some issues: breakfast area was crowded and the staff was unable to provide service, room had broken tap which was fixed when notified. Overall, had a good stay"

"Hotel was comfortable enough. Location was ok although right next to a local mosque so 5:30am wake up call but regionally to be expected. Laundry service was very annoying as clothes not delivered to room and had to call to get at 10pm and then staff turned up half later demanding payment rather than adding to my bill. I had already told them I needed to go to sleep.. so message to hotel is make the procedure clearer "

"Second time staying here, property undergoing renovations so its not the same as before. Staff were great especially Mr. Adeel and Mr. Bassem. My room had a peculiar smell probably from mold … also happened the last time. "

"Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Multiple restaurants in the area (KBBQ inside hotel was fantastic!) with plenty of shopping available too. "

"This hotel was a great pick and completely blowed us off our feet. The rooms and floors are Awesome and away refreshed with deodorizer. We wanted to extend but sold out. Look forward to staying here on future trips to Abu Dhabi (especially with family)."
