"Hotel is great, though had some issues: breakfast area was crowded and the staff was unable to provide service, room had broken tap which was fixed when notified. Overall, had a good stay"

" During my stay at the apartment, I noticed the following issues: • There were no dishwashing supplies or tools provided. • Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also unavailable. • The housekeeping staff did not wash the dishes or provide any dishwashing soap or tools. • Additionally, the microwave made a loud and unpleasant noise during operation. "Nice but silent "

"Hotel was comfortable enough. Location was ok although right next to a local mosque so 5:30am wake up call but regionally to be expected. Laundry service was very annoying as clothes not delivered to room and had to call to get at 10pm and then staff turned up half later demanding payment rather than adding to my bill. I had already told them I needed to go to sleep.. so message to hotel is make the procedure clearer "
