"We got in late. The hotel was right there in the airport. The check-in was easy and the room was clean. It was easy to get out in the morning and get our rental car and continue on our vacation.!"

"Great place to spend the night before flying out of New Chitose. The onsen is very well equipped and the little free goodies at different times of day are appreciated. The room was quite small with only one side of the double bed accessible but for the price it was a great stay. "

"We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport. "
