Plenty of amenities, dessert from the onsite patisserie, kaiseki dinners, live harp music in lobby, roasting marshmallows , great steep sound system in lobby. Nice service! "This property is excellent. The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the warmer seasons). "
