"As a millennium member I chose the hotel for its convenience to shops restaurants and travel options. Especially to access from M4. It’s a busy hotel with people coming to register throughout the day. It sometimes gets congested with the volume of residents especially at breakfast time. Nevertheless it is a viable option due to its proximity to all the above options."

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "

"Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. There was an event on and the lobby area was very loud. The car park is roof is low. Like to get your boot damaged on opening. My car is Tesla model y and the boot hit the roof "
