The only thing which was not 5 stars was the physical location of the breakfast hall and the quality of the food and service on offer. However this is really a minor issue for the price paid. "I arrived late in the evening so used self check in which was easy to use and well explained. Only a 10 minute walk from the tube station too. The room itself was really good, very clean, modern and comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower was not working (room 110).
