"Great stay at W12. Clean and nice rooms in a great location. There a lot of stairs as I was on the top floor but the staff took my bags up for me which was a nice touch. The only downside was my room had a skylight which had no blind so was very bright in the early morning, but otherwise a great stay. "

"This location does not have an elevator/lift. If you have issues going up and down stairs then do not stay here. Great location. Close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. "We wanted to just walk to the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, and have easy access to West End shows, restaurants, and other attractions. We also wanted to prepare a few of our own simple meals. Hotels with those options were crazy-pants expensive. But Citadines had a perfect location, a pleasant, comfortable room and lobby see-up, and a 24-hour coffee machine. The optional breakfast is nothing spectacular, but it’s convenient. And I was very surprised how quiet our room was! "
