"This was our first time in London. We traveled with our teenage boys. The location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye. Lots of options for dining and groceries. The flat was just the right size to give everyone their space and be together as well. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have picked a better spot."

"Amazing location. AC and hot water worked, beds comfortable. Tea kettle and tea/coffee basket were appreciated. Nice to have a lift available for the 4th floor apartment. Pretty quiet if windows closed. Downsides were overall rundown and dirty feeling inside the apartment. Price reflects that this wasn’t going to be a 4-5 star hotel so it’s a decent stay if you plan to be out enjoying London and not hanging out in the apartment very much."

"The apartment was located within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The night hotel staff was especially helpful when we realized that the sofa be didn't have bed linens and he brought them up immediately. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay. "

"We wanted to just walk to the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, and have easy access to West End shows, restaurants, and other attractions. We also wanted to prepare a few of our own simple meals. Hotels with those options were crazy-pants expensive. But Citadines had a perfect location, a pleasant, comfortable room and lobby see-up, and a 24-hour coffee machine. The optional breakfast is nothing spectacular, but it’s convenient. And I was very surprised how quiet our room was! "
